Bulletin from the organising committee

Rally Blendio Princesa de Asturias

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, and being the safety of participants first, as this organising committee has always placed, we state:

1- The Certificate from the Team Leader MUST be sent as it is presented in the Protocol for the return of official non-professional competitions at a national level and published by Consejo Superior de Deportes and endorsed by all the Regional Governments and Regional Associations.

2- Furthermore, participants must fill, sign, and send the COVID affidavit in said document.

3- The negative PCR test results of the test made a maximum of seven days before the event MUST be sent to the Medical Chief Officer of the event. These being documents of a special sensitivity, they will be kept by the Medical Chief Officer so that they are sent to the appropriate health authority in the event of an incident for traceability purposes. Failure to send these results or a positive result in them will result in the authorisation to participate in the Rally being denied.

4- All participants and teams must inexcusably and without fail maintain “bubble groups”, that is, they can only have close contact with the members in their team (driver, co-driver, mechanics), not only during the event, but they must also keep this social “isolation” during the days they are away for the event, if these guidelines in the interest of keeping a good health control are not strictly followed, the Organising Committee might award penalty which might mean the exclusion from the Rally
