The first scratch of the 55th edition of the Princess of Asturias Rally Ciudad de Oviedo was marked by the Spaniard José Antonio Suárez Cohete, in his Hyundai i20 R5, with a time of 9: 25,600. The second best time was for Iván Ares, at 9,600. The day has started with difficulty for José María López, who had just won in Ferrol, a puncture in his Citroen DS3 R5and forced him to leave.
